You know what? I'm starting to feel a bit better
I am getting through my stepping list slowly but surely and well, its just good to feel like i'm getting somewhere
I have actually slept well for the past few days too!
So, i'm sticking with my overall goals at the minute:
To clean and tidy the house
To do some crafting work
To look after my basic needs
To manage my finances
All of these goals also fit with the goal of trying to lift my mood.
So, today my rollies from the list are:
Change the bed
Move the bookcase up to the bedroom - can't do this without help so it will have to wait.
Sort the piles of books sitting everywhere - can't do this until bookcase moved lol!
Clean en-suite bathroom - done
Hoover
Sew wadding for quilt
Cut squares for pink quilt
List some more stuff on ebay and facebook
pump up tyres on bike
I also want to:
try and do a little bit of exercise
plan dinner
have a shower - done
put new rack for bathroom together - done
